Today, Sunday March 15th, started the 6,000 limit registration for the Maine's popular Beach to Beacon 10k race.
It is expected to sell out in 24 hours or less, so, if you are still waiting to get registered you may be "running" late.

This year's race will be run August 1st, 2009 at 8:00 am. The popular 10k race tekes place in Cape Elizabeth, Main. It's a 6.2 mile race that starts at Crescent Beach and ends at Portland Head Light.
The registration fee is $35.00 plus $3.75 for the online registration.
The top prize is $10,000.00 plus $2,500.00 bonus for breaking the course record.
So, with good money on the line, you better "run" to the site and register while you can.
